Who should I bring to the wedding consultation?

Whomever you please! We love the ability to discuss your wedding with both you and your fiancé. However, we understand that schedules conflict and we welcome you alone or with family or friends.

Do you plan other special events?

Although weddings are our specialty, we also provide services for everything from birthdays to large corporate events and other social gatherings.

Will I lose control of the planning process if I hireBeauty Box Bridal?

The last thing we want to be is someone telling you what to do and how to do it. After all, this is YOUR wedding and this special event should be everything you want it to be. You make the decisions, and we’ll bring them to reality!

How will you be attired for our wedding?

We dress to fit the occasion. For formal affairs we dress up in cocktail attire, and for casual affairs, we dress down in professional attire. Either way, our objective is to blend into the woodwork

Will you be there throughout the rehearsal & wedding day? Is this included in your fee?

For those clients who have chosen our Complete Wedding Planning Package or Wedding Day Direction Package service options, our presence at the rehearsal and wedding day is assured and included in our fees.

Will you be able to work within our budget?

Yes! You decide how much you want to spend, and we’ll work within your budget to create the perfect wedding. Along the way, we’ll offer money saving tips and advice so that when all is said and done, you still have money for the honeymoon!

Will you direct the wedding rehearsal?

To assure that everything runs smoothly, we will be there to direct your rehearsal and make sure that everyone knows what is required of him or her.

I am not ready to book my date, can I have you meet with me and give me an estimate?

Yes! All of our consultations (within reason) are free of charge. We would love to meet with you to discuss helping you on your wedding day.

Will the prices change once I meet with you and get my quote?

No, we obligate ourselves to provide a service to you even in the event market prices vary from what they were when we originally quoted our prices to you.

My wedding is in one year, when do I meet with you?

We like to have our brides meet with us approximately 6 to 8 months before your wedding date.

How do you handle last minute changes and emergencies?

We handle any challenges as quickly and seamlessly as possible without drawing more attention to the situation. You can relax and enjoy your special day knowing that contingency plans and back ups will be in place before your wedding day. In addition, our wedding survival kit can handle most situations.

What should I bring to the wedding consultation?

To help assist us in envisioning your wedding day, we suggest you bring anything that will assist you describe what your perfect wedding would be. Examples are personal wedding binders, planners, vendor contracts, pictures, etc.

After you contract for our services, we will have more meetings in order to review your vendor contracts thoroughly and more finely define the uniqueness of your day.
