Of all of the decisions that you will have to make, one of the most crucial is deciding on a professional wedding planner/bridal consultant. Often referred to as wedding coordinators, we are thoroughly trained and skilled in attending to every need of the bride. Beginning with the planning process, the wedding consultant is “by your side” until everything is completed. Unfortunately, some brides have ended up extremely disappointed when they find out that the ‘coordinator’ furnished by a vendor {floral, caterer, reception hall, or church wedding coordinator, etc.} turned out to be a bridal liaison for just that vendor, not for the bride. This can mean that he/she has the best interests of their employer {the vendor} in mind; after all, they are being paid by that particular vendor.

If you do use a vendor’s coordinator rather than an independent, professional consultant, what are you going to do about all of the planning and essential “knots and bows” necessary for the entire wedding experience? How will you know whether or not these tradesmen and women are properly qualified to fully comprehend the bride’s personal tastes and needs? Will you be able to tell if those vendors have been scrutinized and judged capable and competent?

Beauty Box Bridal Boutique can take care of ALL of these concerns for you. Our professional staff will protect your interests and serve only you. We will meet with you to determine your personal preferences and work with you and your budget to design you entire wedding event. The vendor choices that we offer to you will be based upon the information we learn from YOU. Carefully examining all vendor’s contract proposals, we will advise you all along the way, so that you can make the correct choices. Throughout the entire planning process, we maintain close contact with both you and the vendors to assure that everything is proceeding as it should be. Overseeing the performance of these contracted services is a key responsibility that we perform and take great pride in. Another distinct advantage of using our vendors is that, because of our business relationships with our vendors, we will actually give you a better discount than they, themselves will offer you. When we place orders for you, we have the advantage being able to pass along our discounts.

Planning a wedding is extremely time consuming and is very, very stressful. Let us guide you through the entire planning process. You don’t need the pressure and constant worry about all of the little details. Employing our services will allow you the comfort of enjoying the ’fun’ part of your engagement and entire wedding affair. You stay happy and relaxed; we do the hard part.

Whatever it takes, I repeat, WHATEVER IT TAKES, we will do it to ensure that your wedding day goes smoothly and that it will be effortless and less stressful for you, the bride. To give you a humorous example of our wedding consultant’s fierce commitment to this guarantee, she once ‘saved the day’ when the best man forgot to bring the bride’s wedding ring to the ceremony!! Everything went off without a hitch…….no one was the wiser……..the bride took her vows and was married wearing THE CONSULTANT”S wedding ring!

To us, you are a princess, so we mean it when we say, “we are at your beck and call”.

Wedding events for various faiths, cultures, ethnicities

Formal or Informal

A traditional wedding
A traditional wedding is held at a place of worship, church, or synagogue with the ceremony being officiated by a minister, rabbi, or other member of the clergy member. There are bridal attendants in formal attire; traditional music is used.

A non traditional wedding
A non-traditional wedding can be held anywhere from the beach to your backyard. The officiate can be traditional, or a justice of the peace {possibly a friend or even a relative}. If desired, the vows can be written by the couple. The ceremony itself can be quite unique; your imagination sets the limit.

Tips for the bride

  • Use the rough side of an emery board to scuff the bottoms of your shoes; you don't want to slide down the aisle in your new shoes !!!
  • Afraid you just cannot give up your beautiful bridal bouquet? Have a duplicate bouquet made for “tossing”. It can be smaller than the one you carry, and can be displayed on the gift table or bride’s table until you toss it.
  • Have a piece of white chalk tucked away for last-minute smudges on that gorgeous gown, or the groom’s white shirt.
  • A comfortable pair of shoes to change into for the reception is a MUST!
